Handling of Inline objects

To handle inline objects in Escenic Content Engine you have to create a 'xsl' file (lowercase only), in the WEB-INF/xslt/ directory of your publication. You then have to use the transform attribute of the <ARTICLE:field /> tag to activate it. To create mark-up for inline objects you need to know xslt.

What is the preferred way to handle inline objects? Is it ok that you must do it by xsl, or do you see another way to do it?

Inline objects are Images, Articles and Links placed inside/inline in other article fields, such as a 'body' to place the Image further down in the body text.
